Courtney Moorehead Balaker, Susette Kelo & David Crosby Talk About The Film, "Little Pink House"
"Little Pink House" stars two-time Academy Award nominee Catherine Keener, Emmy nominee Jeanne Tripplehorn, and Callum Keith Rennie. The screenplay is adapted from Jeff Benedict’s book, "Little Pink House: A True Story of Defiance and Courage." The film features an original song by two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee David Crosby entitled "Home Free." Based on a true story, a small-town EMT named Susette Kelo leaves a bad marriage and starts over in a new town. She buys a rundown cottage in New London, Connecticut, refurbishes it with her bare hands, paints it pink, meets a great guy Rennie and exhales. Director/producer Courtney Moorehead Balaker, Susette Kelo (who Catherine Keener plays in the film) and music legend David Crosby stop by to speak on the film.
